    I wish your mission statement Was true because my wife and myself Are more than just Dissatisfied customers , American Express Hurt both My wife and myself I’m a much more personal level Because of your lack of values, the one’s you claim to have in your mission statement, my wife and self were unable to go back east to visit family.,it’s been over 10 year for me and over20 for my wife .when I called my brother to tell him the bad news he sead I should tell our story on Facebook or better yet make a video and put in on YouTube. I said to what endf there they can’t give back what’s lost and trust my alot was lost lm bipolar and it took 3 days just to write this lm 60 and not to good
